The only thing I do not like about it is that when refilling the water chamber, I have to hold the actual warmer upside down or horizontal over the sink so that way water doesn’t end up everywhere. Water still leaks slightly, just less when replacing it like that. Another thing is that you don’t see how much water is left inside the machine. A few times, I was away from the machine waiting for the beep and once I pulled the bottle out of chamber, it was still cold. I didn’t see the error message and it doesn’t alarm you when the water is low.
