Finally! 3rd time is the charm on this item. Returned 2 other type for size and thickness issues, but these are great. I like the round design, and they are thick enough to conceal my nipples. I wear strapped tanks with the built in bra and they can be too revealing. With these cups my body isn’t able to constantly embarrass me. These are large enough to cover my breasts and they don’t show through. They stay in place and are exactly the dimensions given in the description. Happy customer.

Bra Pad inserts
I love these bra pad inserts. Gives great coverage. Fits any type of bra. I love that they are a round molded fit. They stay in place without moving around. I’ll buy these from now on….. a must have!

Great for Giving Shape, Easy to Use
These sports bra inserts are better than the ones that come with high-end sport bra brands like Vuori & Lululemon. These are perfectly add shape without feeling like the padding is too bulky. They are thicker than the regular thin inserts that come with the sports bras (which is what I was looking for) and they wash without losing shape (so far). Very happy with these and will buy again.

Great for swimsuits! Size up 1 cup size and it's PERFECT!
These are FANTASTIC! I sized up 1 cup size, and they fit perfectly!! Such a difference in my swim suit compared to the piddly little pads they came with! I even re-ordered another set for future use! P.S. Sorry to any of the DD gals out there because it looks like they don't have sizes larger than that. I gave 4 stars only because you do have to size up, and there aren't options for gals with larger cup sizes so I couldn't recommend this to certain friends that I wanted to recommend it to.

Fit great!
Perfect! I had two lumpectomies on the same side. Adding one of these to my bras to even me out is just what I needed. Also, they are very comfortable and smooth. I did size up one and glad I did. Thank you!

Retro Shape
These are great quality... but their shape is reminiscent of the cup shape of the 1950's. Just a little too pointy for me.
