Philips SH91/50 Shaver Series 9000 Replacement Shaving Heads SH91/50 Dual SteelPrecision Blades Fits S9000 (S9xxx) Not Compatible w/Older S9000 Silver, (Replaces SH90/70, SH98/70, and SH98/80)

I'm plagiarising another's review here but these are an upgrade (despite the fact that they do not mention it here being suitable fit) on the blades of an S7000 shaver. As you can clearly see in the photos, the blades in the bottom part of the photo are doubled up, they are the SH91 blades, the others are the original blades for my S7000. I was alerted to this by another gentleman leaving a review hereabouts for the S7000 ( I did too but will have to find it). He had put the blades in from the off, presumably because it was cheaper to buy the S7000 and these blades. As you can see, the two rows have corresponding holes/slits to cut hairs, so in theory you have double the cutting ability. However, I couldn't fully attest to them being much better, but for the £5 more that they cost over the S7000 replacement heads, I'd say they're good quality being Philips, giving a speedier cut in theory. Ease of installing them-very easy, very fast, maybe less than a minute. I should say, any brand new razor of any type is going to have good reviews of them, read between the lines, and maybe updated reviews to see what they're really like over time.

Great blades that at the time of buying good value.

It's surprising how blades deteriorate over time so slowly that you don't really notice. Bought these to replace the ones that came with my now 2 year old razor and was surprised at the difference. Much cleaner shave in a shorter time. Very effective and was just like replacing the entire razor. Genuine parts, on the expensive side compared to "compatible with" blades, but worth it. Very happy.

So they definitely worked on my razor which is much improved, a much better shave which takes less time. The downsides are that they are expensive for what they are and the fitting instructions on the packaging are really small and even with a magifier you'll struggle to understand them. Works with a S9711 shaver if you have one.

They are genuine philips replacemnets so quality and fit are perfect, although on Amazon they are cheaper than the Philips web site. These were a direct replacement for my original SH90 heads for my S9711. Easy to install and they make a huge difference when shaving. Defentley worth paying slightly more than the many copies available.

He sustituido mis viejos cabezales por estos SH91/50 originales y la diferencia es abismal. Mi afeitadora (Series 9000) ha recuperado la potencia y la suavidad del primer día. Lo destacable: Apurado: Cortan el pelo de una pasada, sin tirones, algo que se va perdiendo poco a poco con los cabezales viejos sin darte cuenta. Calidad: Se nota que son las cuchillas SteelPrecision originales. He probado compatibles baratas en el pasado y acaban irritando la piel; con estas, cero rojeces. Instalación: Encajan perfectas y es muy sencillo cambiarlas. Conclusión: Aunque el precio pueda parecer alto para ser un recambio, merece la pena totalmente para alargar la vida útil de una máquina de esta gama.

Good original quality that cuts reasonably well even on thicker stubble. Does it beat a razor? Not at all. Does it irritate less than a razor? Yes, a lot.

Ero in dubbio se acquistare queste testine di ricambio oppure prendere un nuovo rasoio in offerta,visto che ho un modello serie 9000 del 2018. Che dire ho approfittato dell'offerta prime day ed ho preso questo ricambio a 29,99 euro,il mio rasoio vecchio di 8 anni è tornato come nuovo,taglia in maniera veloce e senza irritazioni,in 5 minuti fa' un buon lavoro,ma se si utilizza per 10 minuti il risultato è eccellente.

Was contemplating between cutting a new shaver or just replace the head. Opted for the more cost effective option, mainly because I didn’t want to spend that kind of money for something that might not be a huge upgrade and also because my current (6 years old one) is still going strong, battery is still good. This replacement head makes it feel much better again, I’d say as good as new but it’s been so long I don’t remember 😂 I usually skip a replacement warning, this time maybe I waited longer? Anyways, it does what it’s supposed to, works great, if yours needs replacing and this is your model, you will not regret it.
