Is it good for hydroponic?

I've used some of the seeds in my hydroponic garden, everything that I've tried so far has worked great, the only issue is that I'm using an indoor garden and some of my plants got too big and had to be moved outside. I've successfully grown hydroponically from this kit: Lettuce, brussel sprouts, spinach, and tomatoes. I also have artichokes growing, they are about 6 inches tall so far.

In the instructions some of the months are shaded red, green or blank. I assume green is ideal planting time, what is red?

I have no idea but I would think it is for not applicable

where are the seeds sourced from? Is this from China?

I no longer have the package that the individual sea packets came in. The individual seed packets do not indicate source of origin.... But if I recall correctly there was a .UK email link I planted my seeds mid January and I now have almost a 100% germination rate On the seedlimgs and they are about 4" tall. I I reside in the southwest United States region and therefore have fairly decently warm weather . they are not from china
