I've bought probably three or four of these packs over the past 4-6 years for our Old Neato XV-11 that absolutely refuses to die. They work well and are easy to install. However, two or three times, I've had to make a warranty claim, which the seller always approved because the packs died after about 35-45 charge/clean cycles. Having our Neato set to clean once a week in our basement amounts to well short of a year of use, but by then, the robot runs only a few minutes and dies before it can make it back to the charger. Each time I've complained to the seller, they've sent out a new set. This means each time I purchase a set, I get about a year and a half of use out of it, factoring in the replacement pack.

These batteries worked well for a "few" weeks but slowing start dying after about a month(even after recalibrating), by 2 months they're at about 1/2 performance and at 3 months useless! For the price of these batteries you should get much longer life than 2-3 months!***UPDATE:( May 2021) I am changing my rating on this review from 2 stars to 4 stars based on their excellent customer service! The sellers quickly replaced the batteries upon learning that the batteries I received were no longer working after a short period of use! I will update my review again after use and let you know how the new batteries are preforming! Again though great service!***UPDATE: (Oct.2021) giving 5 stars! Very pleased with these batteries! Still preforming great! These are the ones to buy...great batteries and excellent customer service!

We purchased two sets of these replacement batteries, one for each of our Botvacs, Wally and Eve.We were concerned that Wally may be suffering with some form of dementia, and would often be found confused, alone and crying for help in the middle of the room, under the bed, behind a curtain, anywhere but his charger. His calls for help did not make sense once asked what the matter may be either. We had also noticed his stamina wasn't what it once was, he was making excuses for being tired and needing to recharge more often, the time spent cleaning seemed to be taking longer (not at all aided by the fact that he got confused a lot too), we were beginning to wonder how we would care for him in his twilight years. Upon looking for robot nursing homes, and assisted living facilities, we stumbled upon some information that has ultimately let Wally remain with us for a good while longer. Yay!Once the batteries in these units start to weaken (this has been after a couple of years of almost daily use too) they start to exhibit strange behavior and just not being quite their selves. We purchased these batteries, installed them, (which was an extremely easy process, a few screws, and a quick unplug and plug back in) told Wally we had taken him to the fountain of youth (reset the battery in his settings) he was off like it was his first day again! The run time on these batteries seems longer than the originals ever were, even when new. All is well withing the Botvac universe once again (we took eve to the same fountain at the same time, as she was of a similar age, but still performing fine). we have been running these batteries for around 6 months now and not a single issue has cropped up, not one.TL;DR These are great replacements, have a higher capacity than the original, last a long time, are well built and easy to install.Highly recommend

Update: after a month of use, battery still perform very well. Decide to change start from 2 to 4. Missing one is just for the inconvenience and room for improvement. I will buy from them again thoughUpdate: customer service was really nice and offered free replacement. Shipped out very quickly. The first clean after full charge is great. I will update again after a month.Original: I've been using this for two month now. My robot runs twice a week to clean my two bedroom condo (800sqft).Everything was fine in the first few weeks, but now the Neato XV only runs for 5min before it says battery low. During one of the battery charging, the battery got so hot, to the point that the robot screen says over heating (or similar msg). Ever since that "over heat" incident, the battery is basically dead.

Fit perfectly, fast charging, worked as expected.
