Over the last four years, I've found the construction of these chargers to lead me to believe that this style of charger is made by the same OEM, and just re-branded for whoever the vendor is. Moreover, the base construction is the same, and I've suspected that they just make a new one with different contact points for different batteries. But the base is the same, the plug is the same, even the pin charger for car charging is the same. This one has served as well as the others I've had in the past (PowerShot G12 battery charger, Panasonic HDC-STD750K, Kodak Zi8). It works well, and I've been very pleased. And the two batteries included in this bundle/kit have worked great too. An unbeatable buy for the price I paid.

In short, these are great batteries that hold their charge well. I bought these at the same time that I bought my Eos M and have been using these right alongside the stock Canon brand battery. I can never tell which battery is in the camera because these last the same amount of time as the stock battery. While I have never timed it, they seem to take the same amount of time to charge. I would definitely get these again if needed. I got two for a fraction of the price of one Canon branded battery, and I honestly can't tell the difference. I actually think these may last longer than the Canon one, but again, no official testing on that. Just get these and put the money you save toward your next lens!

Although I have just started using them the batteries seem to be working fine. I gave a four star rating because I have not had a prolonged use of the product. I would recommend purchase by others .

Here's the scenario (this happens at least every year) Camera battery is dead. So I take the battery out and go to the unused plug in the kitchen since this is where I left the charger. Not there. Me- Honey, where is the charger? Wife- I don't know. I never touched it. Check the camera bag. Me- Last time I used it I left it in this plug (pointing the the plug in the kitchen) Wife- Well I didn't touch it so don't ask me. Me- (Look for days on end all over the house) Sooooo I buy a new charger. I might as well get some batteries as well since the kit is cheaper than one OEM battery. It has worked great so far and you can charge in your car as well.

I bought these batteries (2) for my camera. I have used these batteries without any issues. A great value for the money!

I needed more batteries to keep shooting photos and videos without having to stop to charge. These work great. Easy to use and a perfect fit

Why I bought them: The obvious reason of increasing the time I can use my Canon SL1, so I don't eventually end up with an expensive weight on my person when on extended excursions. I bought these ones specifically due to their comparatively low price (at the time - the beginning of October, 2015 - was $13.99 for the two, plus $6.99 shipping), and higher listed energy capacity (1100mAh VS the 875mAh one I got with the camera). How they compare with how I wanted to use them: They do indeed work very well, now that I've had them for almost two months. When used as per Canon's instructions for the battery (ie, charge the battery before using them), I don't have any problems. They last for an entire day of sustained shooting (over a thousand images) while keeping charge for a couple weeks thereafter for a couple random photos a day. They do seem to indicate a maximum charge via the oncamera display until they die overnight (they haven't died during use), resulting in the camera simply not activating. This really isn't a problem as this is a couple weeks since their last charge with me taking photos during that time. An added bonus is that I received 1300mAh batteries, which is more than what I was expecting. I haven't rigourously tested these against the E12 that came with the Canon, though they definitely are at least equal to it. Summary: Overall I am very pleased with these batteries. They are, as far as I can tell, identical to the battery that came with my Canon SL1, though are by far less expensive.

Al principio dudé, por temor a dañar mi cámara, pero en realidad son muy buenas baterías, me duran un poco más que las originales y aparte el paquete de dos baterías con su cargador me salió bastante económico, las compré para mi Canon M50 mkii, se las recomiendo para expandir su autonomía.

Duran menos que la batería original, aunque podía esperarse por ser más baratas. Dos duran lo de una Canon.
