Excellent product. I don't have much to say but in Calcium. Calcium citrate is best for that gets absorbed quickly in blood stream and along with magnesium it's great suppliment. My mother has tried many brands. Absolutely loved this. You can feel the difference within days.

Small tablets compared to some brands and only 1 tablet needed to provide the daily calcium requirements.

I initially thought they looked huge for swallowing however they see actual really easy to swallow with water. They can be halved to make it easier too. These are 1 a day so it’s easy to remember. So far, so good.
