Looks great but is that a huge logo right on the front of the base? Is it a sticker that can be removed easily?

I think what you see as the huge logo is the smartphone they are using for demonstration purposes. Basically the base is a sturdy, attractive burnished silver base. (I have the silver model. This one looks like an alternative black.) It does have the brand name imprinted on the top of the piece that sits on the table, but it is doesn't stand out. The stand looks like a modern easel that one might use to hold a small picture frame. It holds my smartphone well, and it holds my 10 inch tablet. Don't think I would try anything larger than that, though. There are two models as far as I know--one bends and the other stays in a fixed position. I have the bendable model, and think it is worth a little more for that flexibility to fit different locations.

Wondering if additional stuck on pads for the base are available.

When mine arrived it came with extra stick on pads I could use for the item. I thought that was a great addition!

How strong is the flexibility, so my phone won’t keep falling downward when I put it on the mount?

This stand is made out of a strong thick metal and the prongs that cradle the bottom of phone or tablet are molded. The only adjustable are is the top joint that is attached to both the cradle arm and the stand it's self.

Will this work on iPhone SE that has a crave case?

Probably. It holds my iPhone 6 Plus, in a bulky mophie case containing a battery backup, measuring 6 7/8 x 3 1/4 x 1/2 inches.
