My go-to budget strings!
You really can’t go wrong with Ernie Ball strings. My favorite thing about them is they’re consistent and available just about everywhere.

Perfect gauge
Threw these on my Sterling JP70, and they do what they do. I've always played 10s but with the 7 string, I guess the tension is so much more. When bend a string, it seems to be harder to do, or maybe my fingers need to hit the gym lol. But these have lasted about 6 months already, nice and crisp. I play every day for at least 2 hours and as long as you're not a grub with dirty hands, these strings should last and sound great for a bit.

The best strings to use
The best sounding most sturdy sting ever. The strongest most longest lasting string set you can get for your guitar and at 8 dollars a set that's the best value for your money you're gonna get

Sounds crisp, doesn't break.
I play Death/Black Metal live, and have acidic sweat. Around 2010 I switched from Ernie Ball to D'addario to try the Hex-core, they were great. 2020 on I started breaking strings frequently, once playing with a band I really like, super embarrassing. Switched back to Ernie Ball in 2022, strings last longer and they stopped breaking. Couldn't be happier. Using 9-52g on 25.5"-27.8" multiscale 7 string, standard B.

Good, reliable and economical
I have been using Super Slinky 6 strings forever, so when I have a 7 strings, I automatically went for these. I like them, economical and good for my taste.

Great
My favorite 7 string set for 26.5" in B standard. Somewhat buttery feel on the low strings. Thank you
