How to tell if it’s expired? Mine is hard and has a lighter colour with a bubble texture

I don`t think it is 'expired'. Honey does harden and lighten and occasionally have small bubbles in surface after a few months if it is stored. All honeys seem to harden like this and lose their golden colour. They are still healthy. Perfectly healthy. Some people refer it in the thick state.
