Sanniti Fulmer All Natural Hungarian Acacia Honey, 17.64 oz, (Pack of 2)

This honey arrived in perfect condition, wrapped securely. The jars were full, no skimping the customer. I appreciate this if I'm paying a premium price. The Fulmer brand doesn't have a high nose, but once in the mouth, its flavor spreads out satisfyingly to all horizons. It's light and clean, as acacia honey should be, with subtle notes of vanilla and a bit of floral in back of that. Not saying this honey is shy or timid; it's an agreeable honey, with a character all its own, that doesn't overly assert. I bought it specifically to make fruit (spiced kumquat) preserves that I did not want to overwhelm with either too much sweetness or honey flavor. It delivered beautifully there. I have also used this honey in combination with coconut oil and coconut sugar to make a delightful honey nut granola. Very happy with the quality. Very happy with the versatility. It will probably be equally effective with yeast breads. (That's the next project.)

I have never seen honey so lightly colored like this honey before. At first I was weary, I thought it might be diluted or something. But this honey has such a nice, mild floral flavor and provides sweetness equivalent to that of agave to whatever dish you add it to. I love drizzling some of this honey over yogurt and berries, It tastes better than ice cream!

Great product but I wish it came in a container with a drizzle. I usually pour the honey into my honey pot in order to avoid a mess. Excellent quality and flavor though.

Normally i cannot eat honey. My stomach does not like it. This is the only one! I usually mix it with some fresh lemon juice and shredded ginger and one cup of hot water with 5 teaspoon of this mix. Awesome.

I believe it’s good
