I got this to help with my irritated eyes. Put it in the freezer or fridges, use it to calm irritated ducts. It also works like a charm for what it's made for. Easy glide, calms my eye bags while calming my eyes.

Perfect size. Easy to clean . Ball rolls completely in every direction. Magnet is strong enough to keep rotating ball in place but easy to remove for cleaning. Worth the price.

This is exactly what I wanted! I tend to have bags under my eyes since I guess I don't sleep that well these days, at least not according to my fitness tracker. So, yes, I wake up some days with some lovely bags under my eyes that nothing seems to get rid of. I was tired of creams and serums and concealers since I feel like that's not addressing the root cause. Enter this eye roller. The first time, I used it at room temperature. I like how it comes with a booklet that shows you a suggested way to use the eye roller and a recommended time limit. You can also use this roller ice cold by placing it in your freezer. And this is where the eye roller had to lose a star. The entire thing is metal, so if you place it in the freezer, you need to wrap a cloth or pot holder around it since it's so cold. But it was quite refreshing! The ball comes apart from the handle so that you can rinse it off for the next time. I am pleased with this eye roller. It's refreshing to use, even on days when those bags aren't under my eyes. This is a nice little tool to have on hand. Recommended!

I love how the ball is removable, that it rolls easily. And it feels so good! You can chill it down or heat it up. Kinda addicting.

When I first got this I used it a bit and the ball fell out, which is to be expected it is magnetic. But what I didn't expect was a piece of metal flaked off that was in the base underneath the ball. It's a good thing I noticed it because that wouldn't have been enjoyable to roll on my face. So I suppose the material quality probably isn't the best, but I wasn't really expecting it to be for the price. That being said, it does feel nice on my face. The ball rolls easily and does not fall out too easily. I keep it in my beauty fridge but it is still cool enough to feel nice even if you don't keep it in a fridge.
