Due to same height reason I'm unable to perform exercises like hip thrust and dumbell pullover comfortably. I have checked declathon 900 bench which has very comfortable ground to seat height , compared to that the height is more of this bench.3. The decline is very low, I cannot perform decline dumbell press neither any other decline moment as I start getting back pain... it's very hard to not break my back while trying decline.Due to above cons I have to remove few workouts from my plan.Pros:1. The bench is sturdy, weighing 13kg ( as per description 15kg).I'm 114kg and I tried weights upto 35kgs in total and the bench takes it good, no wobble. The seller has told that it can take upto 200kg's and max 220kg... I don't know how true is that.2. The seat cushioning is very good, didn't get any issues with the seat, the comfort is good.This is my first bench and I'm happy to have something like this to get started with my fitness journey... I hope I can squeeze the worth out of this bench.
