I have used it more then 15 days not effective better to use cold press coconut oil or Jatyadi oil is too good for fissure and piles

It is called ghrita....but it is like an oil.....very bad quality oil....if someone wants good jathyadi ghrita....buy kerala ayurveda jathyadi ghritham....
