Being up here in new england. how long does this last? think about using this inside of garage where it could possibly last longer. i guess.

I’m from Southern Cal. in my humble opinion I believe this product would definitely last longer inside a garage. I apply this product outdoors once a week and have experienced good results.

Will it stain fabric on couches etc.?

I have never used it on furniture so I can't say if it would stain but while spraying it on my vehicle's it would get on my clothes and it never stained them.

Can you spray this on your car Engine?

Yes, it can be sprayed in car engine to deter Rats, Mice and Squirrels from chewing on wiring. 1000's of customers nationwide use Critter Out for that specific problem. Works Great!

Can you spray this in the house?

it is non toxic....yes and it really works.....you need to reapply about every 4-6 weeks, atleast that is my experience.
