Stopped working
I am updating my review. I posted a review that our ATV stopped working and wouldn’t hold a charge after barely being used. Customer Service was great and reached out to me asking if I wanted a replacement or a refund. I chose a replacement since my two year old really wanted to ride it. We have not put it together yet so I am hoping this one works better but definitely five stars for Customer Service

It stopped working after a month
I got this for my son’s birthday. I ordered a red color but they sent me pink instead. Ok. Within a month of using it, one morning the motor just felled off and there was nothing we could do about it. It’s just sitting in my house occupying space……I am here to update my review… After I posted my review, customer service support reached out to me and I was sent a new to me.
