does it come with sheath or holster ?

They do not come with a holster. The other model of raptor shears came with a holster but it will break because it’s cheaply made. The best option is to order a Clip&Carry holster.

I'm a fire fighter and actually need to break windows. Have you actually broken a car window using this tool?

I'm a firefighter too and I say just get one of those ResQme vehicle escape tools; I keep both handy and the escape tools are nice cuz they're spring-loaded and you don't have to swing your arm to pop a window. It makes it a lot easier during an entrapment or whatever you're going on. I keep my Raptor in its clip on my radio belt and I use the shears often but I've never actually used the seatbelt cutter or glass punch. All that being said, the Raptor (Rescue) is an awesome tool and I'd consider replacing it with a Response but I like how the Rescue fits in its holder and attaches to my radio belt.
