A different version of golgappas
Ok so firstly - dont keep higher expectations with these golgappa’s they are amazing in their own way but not street style golgappas. These are basically very crunchy papad balls. Size is too big when fried, might get difficult for kids to have all at once, and it doesnt break easly. Very easy to prepare, i deep fried them, they turn/ flip themselves while frying, and are ready within 10-12 seconds, make sure your oil is boiling hot . Yes they are value for money , doesnt get soggy at all ( i can tell about summers) tastes fresh even after 4-5 hours of frying. Just dont expect market wala golgappa texture and taste. Overall a good buy. I loved it. And also quantity in one packet is quiet good and sufficient for 10-12 people even if they eat 12-15 golgappas each.

Don’t buy if you want the ideal puris like thela wallaas. These are white. And very different taste than fryums or golgappe. Yes easy to make and great to see these pellets turning into puris
