My Mother has terrible bunions and since suffering two strokes, finding shoes that can be put on easily and with a good bottom grip has been virtually impossible. I've tried so many different types including Wide Widths. Nothing was comfortable to her until I found these. They are so easy to put on her and she tells me every day how comfortable they are. Perfect purchase for her!

Woohoo!! Finding shoes for a person with swollen feet is a huge task! Both sides of these shoes open and the toe does not come up too high so it allows for toes to go into the shoe and the generous opening and Velcro wrap allows plenty of room and adjustability for even the most swollen top of the foot. My mom was so happy to have a new pair of shoes that actually fit. For those looking for info..my moms feet swell 3 to 4 times their normal width. I would say that those who have severe upper foot swelling these could be the ticket.

Shoes are functional. The Velcro wears out before the shoe does! The Velcro has been pulled off one of the sides. Maybe able to super glue back into place. Mom thinks they are ugly with her pretty dresses but they have kept her safe from falling! She likes to wear them with pants though and she says they are very comfortable. Trying to wait to buy a new pair of them for Christmas.At 86 a new pair would be something she needs and could use. So would be useful present! They are easy to put on! Will buy again

The shoes are wide enough to accommodate a bunion and hammer toes on my one foot. They are easy to put on but not so easy to get tight enough. I often have to have my husband help adjust the top flap so the shoe does not feel like I will slip out of it. The only other issue I have is that I am not able to use either of the inserts that were included; I tried both and it makes the shoes too tight. Once the shoes are on and adjusted tight enough, they are comfortable to wear and walk all day.

Ease of on and off is really great, especially for elderly. And they don’t look like they have Velcro.

My 85 year old mother cannot wear many shoes that fit her comfortably. I saw these online after she had taken a fall and broken her arm, and I wanted velcro style shoes she could put on herself. The reviews looked good and so we ordered her a pair. They are extremely comfortable and due to the adjustable velcro strips, she can wear them. She loves them. We ordered her a second pair in a different color and she is so happy with them. She can easily put these on herself. For the price, you cannot find anything better.

I bought a pair for my friend who is diabetic. Her feet swell from time to time, but even more so after a bad injury where she has become sedentary. She loves these shoes because they are easy to put on and are adjustable according to the tightness or looseness she needs at different times. They are nice looking and sturdy. I wound up getting another pair in a different color for her as these are the only shoes she wears. She has gotten a lot of compliments on them and people always ask her where they can get them too.
