Got the printer + 3 catridge as a gift from relative outside India. The first cartridge prints worked just fine. When started using the replacement cartridges, started facing paper jam issue. Be aware that if you encounter this issue even once the entire catridge has to be replaced (irrespective of how many papers are left in catridge). I replaced faulty catridge with new one and it got jammed as well and to make it worse the catridge got stuck and was not removable this time. Customer care experience: Reached out to Kodak customer care who advised to reset the printer etc but no luck. Finally they said they cannot service or replace printer as they do not have the facility in India.So not sure why they sell their product in India with warranty card in box if it's not servicable in the country!
