Is this a good product to start using in my 30s?? Looking to start a great face cream routine.

It is a very proactive to start moisturizing when you are young, good for you! I'm 62 and, in addition to being postmenopausal, I have Severe Dry Eye Syndrome which dries my eyelids and skin under my eyes terribly. I will not be using the rest of this product because I saw an increase in dryness, itching and wrinkling right away but gave it 2 weeks to see if my skin would adjust. It didn’t. If your skin is youthful, this may be okay for you, but it is not excellent as a remedy. I have been using Shiseido eye products for a few years but liked the write up on this so thought to try it. Mistake. I already recieved my Shiseido reorder! If you are wondering, I am using Shiseido Future Solution LX Eye and Lip Contour Regenerating Cream at night, along with using, both AM and PM, Benefiance NutriPerfect Eye Serum and Shiseido Men Total Revitalizer Eye cream. I am having very good results with them and will not be switching products again. You may want to try either the Benefiance Eye Serum
or Shiseido Men eye creams since you are a younger woman with normal skin concerns at this time in your life. Those are both less expensive than the Lumiere. The Future Solution LX costs the same as the Lumiere and has a rich, thicker consistency. I sometimes wear it during the day when my eye skin is needing more protection. I have also used Benefiance Wrinkle Smoothing Eye Cream with good results. You might explore it as well. It is creamy but not as thick as the LX. My skin is sensitive and I do not have any trouble with any of these products. I suggest you go to Shiseido.com to read about the products before trying them. Most of their eye products are also Ophthalmologist Tested. For lips, I really like Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask and use it day, night, whenever! I have the vanilla, lemon and berry! Good Luck!

Yes, it does help with puffiness under eyes and crows feet around eyes.

I just received my order but I cannot get it to come out of the bottle. Has anyone else had issues with the product not coming out?

Just keep pumping like crazy! It’ll eventually come out. It just takes a good few attempts to clear the air out of the pump and get the product to come up. Pump pump pump. Good luck!
