Saw a noticeable difference
I try to come into things with an open mind so that my mind doesn't play tricks on me and I think something's working when it really doesn't and this stuff is really seemed to help with my congestion

Didn't help with chronic bronchitis symptoms
I sent this to my sister who has asthma and chronic bronchitis. She said she didn't notice any improvement in symptoms.

Works the best for stuffy congestion symptoms and does not disrupt sleep.

Nasty bitter taste
I returned this supplement a couple of days of relieving this, the supplement is not worth the money I paid for it, it has a nasty bitter taste. I'm having trouble with Amazon refuding my money for the purchase. Even tho I have proof of the return and a tracking number, Amazon placed it in my orders as not being refunded and forced me to request a refund again for a item I already returned.
