What do I do?** A: If the oil is not hardening, there may be too much oil for the amount of FryAway added in. Reheat the oil to at least 170°F and add more FryAway powder based on the recommended amount per pack. **Q: The oil got too hard and I can't remove it from my pan!** A: While rare, this can happen when too much FryAway is used for the amount of oil.
