High Quality / Commercial Grade
I've worked with a hundreds of restoration companies over the years and this is a very high quality commercial grade unit. It has a variable speed dial not a 3-speed dial, at least the model I received. While it can be loud, it is expected if you are using it for its intended purpose. This is not something you set up in a room and intend on watching TV. This unit is a Workhorse and I recommend anyone to strongly consider it. I would definitely purchase it again.

works great, but large, heavy and loud
This is a good air scrubber, and comes with both a regular filter and a hepa filter already in it, it works well.The downside is that it's loud, heavy and large, making it awkward to move around. I'm a big guy, and workout, and although it's moveable, it's just awkward to move around, and i think it would be somewhat difficult for people who aren't big or strong, thats a consideration.

Big scrubber can filter a lot of air, but replacement filters are not cheap.
This scrubber moves a lot of air, but it is LOUD (on top speed). The pre-filters are cheap ($7 - $8) and available, but the main HEPA filter is fairly expensive to replace at $60 - $75 each. This uses a 16" x 16" filter, and most of the "compatible" filters (less expensive) are 16" x 19" and don't fit. When we ordered replacement filters, they did not come in a heat-sealed plastic bag; the bag was taped closed. This concerned my wife, who wanted absolute assurance that the HEPA filters were unused and sterile. Before you buy this scrubber, consider the availability and cost of the replacement filters.It has an hours counter which can help determine when to change filters, but it can't be reset. This is a bit annoying. It would also be nice if there was some place to wrap the cord up. The case is sturdy and easy to wipe clean.

Nice Scrubber...BUT...
The scrubber is very well put together but the replacement HEPA filters are crazy expensive, double the price ($144.00 ea.) compared to other offerings in the remediation industry
