The door to my room faces the living room and sometimes it is very noisy when there are people in the living room. I put this on my door and I do feel the sound has become less. The only thing that is not so good is that this is so unsightly on the door.

I liked the idea behind these, but their noise absorption quality is questionable. I did not notice any difference in noise level after lining a box with these that covers a pump/motor. The adhesive is not very good on the sticky back sheets, so some of them have come off the day after installing.

These are decent for the price, they are smaller , but light weight and very easy to use....Do air it out for about two days so it can fully puff up. No issues with it full forming it actually size....Tip: make sure you know exactly where to stick the adhesive is quite strong

I'm not so sure how effective these are. I got them to reduce noise around my son's bed but he still seems to wake up when he hears noise.
