Love this for a single cup of coffee! Super easy and nice to use and clean. Coffee tastes great and no grinds make it through the filter.

This was worth it. Some of it is plastic, but sturdy. The container is glass. Will definitely pour 2 cups of strong coffee, probably 3. Watch a video. I like Lavazza whole bean. Clean it manually. Can be used with loose tea leaves too. Its a bit of a craft, not a quick keurig.

THIS WAS FANTASTIC AS IT IS SO EASY TO USE DOESN'T REQUIRE ELECTRICITY AND IS GUARANTEED TO MAKE DELICIOUS COFFEE TO YOUR SPECIFICATIONS. IT HOLDS FOUR CUPS AND HAS A SIMPLE DESIGN. THOUGH VERY EFFICIENT IT IS ALSO BEAUTIFUL. THE STRENGTH OF THE DESIGN IS AMAZING AND IT CAN BE DIASSEMBLED FOR CLEANING. I DO FIRST BOIL THE WATER FOR THE COFFEE IN A TEA KETTLE ON THE STOVE THEN BY FOLLOWING THE DIRECTIONS YOUR COFFEE SHOULD COME OUT TO THE STRENGHT YOU PREFER. IT IS EASY TO CLEAN WITH A LIQUID DISH SOAP AND WARM WATER. COFFEE MAKERS CAN BURN OUT AND I FELT THIS WAS THE BETTER VALUE. THANK YOU SO MUCH.

It’s the right size, but the handle broke. I don’t know how to send it back since it’s been over the limit.

Why It Works The Glass: The borosilicate glass is the real deal. It handles boiling water without that "fragile" feeling, and unlike plastic drippers, it never holds onto old coffee smells or stains. Simple Design: It’s not over-engineered. The mesh filter is tight enough to catch most of the sediment, but you still get those natural oils that make French press coffee so much richer than a standard drip. Value: Honestly, for the price, it’s hard to beat. It feels a bit more "utilitarian" than the metal-housed versions, but the "Made in Portugal" stamp gives it a level of quality you don't usually see at this price point. A Few Tips Capacity: The "34oz" is the total volume of the carafe, but once you account for the grounds and the plunger, you’re realistically getting about three good-sized mugs of coffee out of it. Cleanup: It’s dishwasher safe, which is a life-saver on busy mornings, but I usually just give it a quick rinse. The beaker pops out of the black frame easily if you need to deep clean it.

After reading some mixed reviews, I was a bit hesitant, but the price was too good to pass up. I am so glad I bought it! This little French press is perfect for one person. Pros: Better Flavor: Surprisingly, the coffee tastes better than what I get from my L'Or Barista. Compact: It takes up almost no space—it's not larger than a standard mug. User-Friendly: Very easy to use and even easier to clean. Cons: None so far!

I absolutely love this French press! I was first familiarized with bodum French press way back when I was a barista and would be in charge of setting up tastings for customers. I loved them so much that they became frequent Christmas gifts. Over the years I’ve given up drinking coffee and switched to loose leaf tea. It never occurred to me to use a French press for tea until I saw a reel on IG doing just that! This is such a great way to brew my tea and get the best flavor from the tea leaves while making clean up very easy. The handle doesn’t transfer heat at all so the tea is piping hot but my hand stays safe. And the best part is it looks amazing in my little tea corner. Highly recommended!

Works well for exactly 1 12oz cup of coffee. Kept the coffee warm as well as any other French press and was easy to operate. Coffee tasted as it always does. Easy to press & easy to pour. Cute & takes up less counter space than full size French presses. No complaints, however, one word of caution. Arrived new but not boxed, it arrived wrapped in bubble wrap, which may affect decision if purchasing as a gift. UPDATE: Unfortunately it worked great twice then started leaking when pouring because the plunger wouldn't go down far enough so the plastic lid was raised a bit and the coffee escaped when pouring. I hand washed it only, no dishwasher but it still leaked after 2 uses. On a more positive note, we have this same brand in a larger size with a metal lid & it consistently works great. We've had that one at least 6 months. No problems.

The press it self feels low quality and would come off with frequent use

Le système Bodum est toujours de bonne qualité et la couleur très sympa. Mais la tige est trop courte. Elle ne descend pas jusqu’en bas de la cafetière. Si vous ne mettez pas beaucoup de café, vous ne pourrez pas le presser. Dommage. Je voulais une cafetière polyvalente de 3 à 6 tasses. Avec elle ça ne marche pas. Je ne trouve aucune cafetière 4 tasses. Donc j’ai ressorti ma cafetière 2 tasses et je fais mon café 2 fois. Déçue
