Will the feather grass ones shed?

no, mine have not shed. You would have to be pretty rough with them for them to shed.

How do you straighten these after shipping? I know you can straighten the wire part. But the pampas part is curved and looks droopy.

I don’t think they will stand straight up without additional support. (Maybe try wrapping the pampas part half way up with very light floral wire?) I needed mine to fan out a bit so it was ok for some to droop. That said, I used 5, put them in a tall, narrow opening glass jar with glass stones in the bottom and crisscrossed the stems. All held together well and the two in the center stand straight.
