Can the alligator clamps be replaced with eyelets and be left attached to the battery, then plugging it to ac source when recharging the battery

It could be done that way as the cable is just a balck and red wire. However, I would recommend upgrading the charger to the Victron charger. The battery is excellent,  I own two of them. I originally ordered the battery with this charger and wasn'tvery impressed with the performance. The victron is a great charger with blue tooth that will tell you exactly where you are with charging it. So I would buy the battery as a stand alone then buy the victron separately. It cost a little more upfront but well worth it. The Victron also comes with both alligator clamps and eyelets so you choose which to use. Can this battery be used to start an outboard motor?

Our batteries are suitable for trolling motors but an outboard motor's power is too large and it generates a high current, so we do not recommend you use our battery for an outboard motor, engine, golf cart or other devices alike.

Can the 100ah battery be used to power a 12v 3000w sound system and if not what will I need ?

Each of our 12V 100Ah battery supports max. 1280W load power and max. 100A continuous charge/discharge current.
We recommend you could use a 12V400Ah battery for your 12V3000W sound system, which supports max.3200W load power and max.250A continuous charge/discharge current.

below two steps are necessary to reduce the volatge difference between batteries and let the battery system perform the best of it in series or/and in parallel
1. Fully charge the batteries separately(voltage at rest: ＞13.4V)
2. Connect the batteries one by one in parallel, and leave them togtether for 12-24hrs.
3. They can then be connectd in series or parallel."
