Is this good for a 10 years old? Need a 26 inch but it doesn't tell me how bit it is?

It is 27.5 inches. Definitely an adult racket.

Does this come with one level of grip already? And it has to removed before wrapping an overgrip?

It already has a grip. You can add an over wrap.

Is it for beginners or experts

Anybody can use it. There's not really a difference in rackets if your a beginner or expert.

No, no viene con la bolsa. Eso debe comprarla aparte. Buena suerte.
