I followed the simple steps of request and affirmation and that same night I met with my Guide in a dream, my Guide showed up as a very caring & helpful Tibetan buddist nun - I was soo surprised and felt so secure with her. Now I continue to follow the steps in the book to strengten my ability to remember dreams and to meet my guide when lucid also - that has yet to come.
