Would this work for a 24v led strip? Would a regular pirtable phone charger power it connected with the phone charger wire?

can this be connected to a doorbell transformer? If so, what voltage transformer to use?

Does your "ring base station gen 2" come with literature that states the power requirements and at what voltage it operates? If at 5 volts and requiring no more than 3 amps, you're okay. I doubt that it will, however.
