My one main issue is the absolutely pointless bar between the mouth and nose. It doesn't hold and real amount liquid so doesn't cool and the mouth gap is too small which wouldn't have been an issue otherwise. Makes it less comfortable to wear. Either make it so it has a function or remove. Item stays cool for long enough after putting in the freezer. Doesn't feel cold enough on the soft size so put blue side against skin.
