I was diagnosed with PCOS about 18 years ago, my cycles were usually non-existent or in some periods of my life very irregular (6months+). I was on the pill for 10 years, until I wanted to start a family. I got pregnant in 2016 after a couple of months on Metformin (1500mg/day) - pure luck! I've been TTC baby number 2 since December, I am again on Metformin 1500mg daily ever since. After a few 32-33days cycles with Metformin earlier this year, I had a random long one (42 days) and then no sign of ovulation for days and days. My doctor suggested I try inositol before we increase the dose of Metformin. Started taking it on CD 37, got my period 10 days later (anovulatory cycle according to my doctor). In the new cycle, I ovulated on day 30! Still a long one but better than last time I guess! I believe it's due to inositol and I hope it will regulate my cycles even more. I have seen a great improvement with my acne too - my spots are gone and my face skin is absolutely smooth - haven't seen it like this since I was on the pill! Only drawback with this product is the small spoon, as other reviewers mention. Taste is fine! I will update as going along, but it is definitely recommended and is worth a try if you are struggling with PCOS! UPDATE - Second cycle was even shorter, I ovulated on CD22 and just got my BFP, after almost 10 months of trying! Please consider trying this product if you are a PCOS sufferer, the results are very promising.
