Very good quality product... Value for money and health... Solubility is good.. Doesn't lumps.. Taste is good too

The product is good, have bought three packets so far. The first order I received tasted really well and just like any other milk powder. But the second pack onwards the taste have changed and that changes the taste of tea and coffee and have a disliking taste. Also it forms lumps if not dissolved correctly. You need to mix it in hot water first and then use the milk. Packing quality is average. Otherwise the product is good.

No matter how careful I am when mixing the powder in hot drinks it does not dissolve like it used to, clumpy and lumpy, something has changed recently, although flavor is still good

Very POOR packing by the Manufacturer! The Milk Packet arrived with an unnoticeable gap at the seam. But there was milk powder droppings all over the packet, which I noticed later as the result of the FINE opening. REPLACEMENT Policy doesn't exist!!!
