Q: Why does the green light stay on when iPhone is fully charged?

The light shows when something is charging. The iPhone will constantly stay on charge even when at 100%.

Q: I bought this in February and works well. However occasionally my watch pings while on the charger. Does anyone know why?

The only thing I could think of if it’s working, is the watch isn’t complete central to the charge pad so charges on and off, making it “ping” alive again. We have a wireless charger and the light flashes if the phone is completely central. Could be similar

Q: Does it work with iPhone 13 mini? Does it work with a phone case?

I have 13 pro and it works fine with case on.

Q: Would this product charge my apple watch (cellular)

It charges my Apple Watch 6. So I’d have thought so.
