Use nail rhinestone glue gel with this . That’s what I did . And no they don’t fall off easily . I use the rhinestone glue - cure it , then top it with gel top coat then cure that . And you’re good to go .

Do these have a flat back?

Yes! They do have a hexagon raised shape on the back for all the color flashes but no sharp tip! They gave the flat part where it counts! They are gorgeous! Very very small! I had to use a magnifier to see the flat side! But you can tell clearly which side goes side up! Hope this helps
