Excellent.
I wasn't sure I'd need such a big bag of gochugaru, but it was a comparatively good price, has bright, rich color and is absolutely pitch-perfect in kimchi. The flakes are coarse, which is what I wanted, and the flavor is wonderful. Be sure to keep this well sealed in the freezer.
