To open, firmly grip both sides of the bootie below the seam and tug apart.Slip one foot into each bootie, remove backing film from tab & securely close at the ankle for a snug fit.Remove after 30 minutes & discard. Gently massage remaining treatment into feet. Remove excess product with a towel.
