Tomando 3 cápsulas al día como lo indican las instrucciones no vi mucha diferencia las primeras dos o tres semanas, pero después es evidente. Creo que depende mucho del estado de la próstata de cada uno cuánto tiempo tarda en comenzar a hacer efecto, pero sí mejora mucho la calidad de la experiencia de orinar. Probé bajar la dosis a dos cápsulas para ahorrar pero dejó de ser tan eficiente, volví a 3 capsulas al día y volvió la mejoría. Vale la pena (llevo 8 frascos)

Seem to work a bit

It no work in one month - or even 3.
I am 75 and it took FIVE months for me to go from peeing every 2 hours (that’s 4 times a night) to peeing only once a night (every 4-5 hours). I did notice changes in my flow and frequency during the day after 3 months, but it was the night trips that were bothering me. I find that taking the tablets at 8pm each evening has the greatest impact on my night time trips to the bathroom. Note that all of the bad reviews are from people expecting to see a change within the first month. It seems that the more tablets you take (over time) the better the results.

2 Month test for a 69 year old Aussie
I tried this as a test for over 2 months and was impressed that I did notice a change in not having to get up to go to the toilet several times a night. Big tick.I found it good in helping re programing my body in to a routine.I actually spent months doing research on all availiable brands, many are just gimicks and cons. But I believe this one is the best by far.Only one down side, I expected the ingredients to be made or products of France and mainly natural. But instead it turned out to be made in USA and not French ingredients at all,
