Fantastic product! My husband has had elevated homocysteine for several years. None of the other B complex vitamins he tried worked to lower it. His naturopathic doc recommended Homocysteine Supreme, and within 4 months taking 2 capsules daily his level went from 17 to 9. Highly recommend!

I did a lot of research on this brand as I’ve never purchased supplements from them before. Everything checked out as reputable. The dosages are correct for what I need. If I find they don’t work, I’ll update. But, so far, so good! I did get the on Prime Days so price was more reasonable and used subscribe and save. The capsule isn’t enormous so easy to take, and there isn’t any type of taste when taking.

I have tried 3 different products - I even tried “unmethylated” B12/folate etc. I do carry the MTHFR gene and have high homocysteine. THIS PRODUCT…. Not the others works for me. Though 2 caps is recommended and the dosage on the label is according to that - I can only do 1/4 of ONE capsule a day, but the difference in my life is night and day now. Im 67 and have lived most of my life with migraines, anxiety, depression and in the last couple of years I have been increasingly worried about my brain. My mother was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s at my age and I was mentally feeling worse and worse. I have recently come through a terrible tragedy - the violent death of my 40 year old son. After this happened I was significantly different in my brain. I could not shake the blackness (not just depression) I would wake in the morning and this horrible feeling was with me all day - consistently - over time. I put it down to grief. The first 3 days on this product I felt like I was 20 again. I remembered how I used to have hope and just feel “normal” like this. I realized quickly that I could not take 2 caps a day - I was literally flying mentally and did not sleep the first two nights. Over time I figured out my dosage and I am still in grief but I live every day ‘grounded’ and stable - I have energy and my brain fog is literally gone as is my black feeling in my brain. Anxiety and fear are just not there. I encourage everyone to at least get tested for the MTHFR gene and homocysteine - these tests are now available online without the need for a prescription (at least in California) - easy to find out! I bought this for my husband for elevated alk phosphate and homocysteine on labs. This was the only supplement I saw that had the right ingredients at the correct dosages to help that is tested for accuracy. It’s too soon to see if it works as he just started in last week.
