Don’t sleep on it because it’s stains pillow case and it wash’s out pretty good ok

It's a wax so it would work just as well on a beard

How long does it take to put on?

As long as it would take to put gel in your hair. A minute or two with short ( 2 inch ) hair and probably 5 minutes or so with longer hair. I suggest having a comb on hand before you start.

Does it have 100% Grey coverage?

If you put it in thick enough, absolutely. I use a paintbrush to apply this. Keep in mind, it will be very stiff. But with my hairstyle, it helped hold it in place. It covered over my pitch black hair, so grey hair, which is much lighter, should not be a problem.
