Simple set up. My HP has a Thunderbolt so simply plugged it in and it was auto set up. Quick cursory check and all ports appear to be operational. With the exception of HDMI 1 port. This port will not "display" on any monitor. HDMI 2 port works great. However my HP has a built in HDMI port on the side. Using this as HDMI 1 and the hub for HDMI 2 works perfectly. I have no other PC to test my theory but I think since my PC already has an HDMI 1 I believe this cancels out the one on the hub. (Just a theory) This is a work PC and I do not have access to the BIOS to turn things off to test my theory. So, for the price, easy set up and the amount of extra ports it believe I will be very satisfied.

It is a quality item but does not work with Asus vivobook, in the Q&A it say that it works, that’s the only problem with the gadget for me, other than that is good quality.

The VGA port does not have set screws. VGA plugs are notoriously wobbly, so unless you have a very secure spot for your docking station, the VGA plug can come undone. The USB-C cord from the dock to the computer is very short, forcing you to have it close to your laptop/computer or on your desk. I'd rather have it off the desk, away from everything (the point of using one of these is to get cords out of the way). The unit also doesn't have its own power, so I have to use my laptop power cable in addition to this. Otherwise, it works just fine. I use it for 2 monitors and keep my laptop closed.

I have a Dell Inspiron 14 Laptop (Windows 11) and it works perfectly with it. I simply plugged it in and it was running without any setup on my part. My typical usage: I've connected 2 monitors to it using the two hdmi outputs and have a 2 screen extended display with my laptop lid closed. Keyboard and mouse are connected to the USB 2.0 ports and an external hard drive is connected to one of the 3.0 ports. Speed is where it should be. I also love the compact yet sturdy-feeling design. I plan to travel with this and it feels like it will hold up to packing. I will use the ethernet connection (my laptop does not have one) when in hotels with overburdened/unsecure wifi, and that was a tipping point in my choosing this model . Highly recommended.

This dock works with my work computer (Dell Latitude 7480) and my personal laptop( Lenovo Yoga 6) it supports 3 monitors total however not a full resolution but it will support two monitors with no issues. I'm very impressed with the docking station! At this price point, It makes it great for school or work from home if all you have is a laptop with a USB C port, you can also buy a USB C to USB 3.1 adaptor if your laptop only has USB 3.0. I haven't tried it with s Macbook Pro yet but I will update the review.

Bought this as a docking station for my work from home office. Worked flawlessly with a DELL laptop supporting two DELL HDMI monitors, Logitech wireless keyboard and mouse, wired LAN connection and HP printer. After two months the unit started losing LAN connection every few seconds, so I moved the LAN cable to the laptop. Now, after 11 months the USB ports have become unreliable, so I moved my keyboard, mouse and headset to the laptop. Now the unit is only supporting power to the laptop and the two external monitors. DELL docking station at work still operates flawlessly using the same USB-C connection, so the laptop is not the problem.

I had high hopes for this product, but I have some concerns after using it for a couple of days. Although it functions well when my peripherals are plugged in, it generates a lot of heat for such a small device. I don't feel safe leaving it plugged in while my computer is unattended. While the functionality is okay, the heat it generates makes me uncomfortable using it for extended periods. Until the manufacturers can figure out how to reduce the heat, I will only use it for short periods and not leave it unattended.

Amazing little docking station. I used in with my microsoft surface laptop and now my Asus gaming laptop. Works extremely well to connect all the various things you need, screens, keyboards, sd cards and plug in audio equipment. So versatile and so compact. Perfect for what I needed.

I wanted C-Port to 2 HDMI connections (apart from others). this does the same and also can charge from the hub. The best thing now, my laptop has only one connection and all other wires/connectors are gone. I was thinking of Honeywell one, but it has only one HDMI ... this is awesome

I bought this on an urgent next day requirement. It worked perfectly. It’s not used daily so I can’t comment as to its daily build and uses but it was so simple to use I couldn’t complain. The fact the cable clips back in on itself for storage or transit just adds a better design feel too the product. Its appearance l, feature and overall build offer a good impression from my side
