Gentle, feels great on my skin and smells clean and fresh (but not like chemicals which is very rare for beauty products sold in the US) My super dry skin noticeably improved in just a few days and no longer feels tight or itchy. I use one of their creams as well after and I am so happy to have found this company. My only issue is that sometimes the product has arrived missing the safety seal so if you get one without one be sure to return it cause it supposed to from the factory with a foil seal.

I’ve been using this Hada Labo facial cleanser for a little over a week now, and overall it feels very comfortable on the skin. It’s very gentle and doesn’t cause any irritation, which I really appreciate.The cleanser doesn’t produce a lot of foam, but it spreads well and feels smooth when washing my face. It still does a good job of cleansing and leaves my skin feeling clean without being dry or tight.My only complaints are about the packaging and texture. The tube arrived with the seal slightly broken, which was disappointing. Also, the cleanser sometimes has a slightly clumpy texture, so I need to mix it with a bit of water in my hands before applying it evenly to my face.Overall, it’s a gentle and effective cleanser, but the packaging and consistency could be improved.

Worked the best for my combo skin I noticed this with an exfoliating serum once a week cleared up my skin. Didnt strip so much that my skin was angry, but it definatly cleaned it.

I have used this a little for a little over a year. I had purchased this in February 2018, second purchase was in July 2018. I’m almost done with my second one. I’ve been using it religiously. honestly, I’m not sure if it’s because of this cleanser or my other cleanser, but I have not been breaking out at all. I have dry acne prone skin and I have not broken out. It doesn’t help with acne scarring but i definitely haven’t broken out in over 6 months. This is the only product I own with hyaluronic acid. I believe it might be because of this so I will be purchasing a third time. One bottle lasts me a couple months with daily use. I use it twice-three times a day. Sometimes when I want to shave my little girl mustache I use it as a foam before shaving lmaoo. That’s my little secret I’m willing to share with you guys. It’s really nice.Edit: So ofcourse I bought yet another one!I’ve tried not using this cleanser and only sticking to tatcha products but nope.. broke out SO bad!! tatcha doesn’t help with acne. It helps with pores and stuff. I started using this again after not using it for two months and my skin started to get better again. I have to say that my acne is under control because of this cleanser. I need this in my skincare. I won’t ever stop using it again. I’ve gotten so much acne scarring when I broke out and I’m so tight. Glad this product exists to control my acne production.

Wow! This brand is amazing and it’s exactly what I was looking for. I bought the cleanser, serum and gel moisturizer. I noticed an immediate improvement in my skin. Know a little bit of each of the 3 go a long ways. 2 of the 3 say pea sized amount and I’ve found a little less than that is perfect.What stands out most for me is the effectiveness of each. I’m a 57 yr old female with decent but dry skin and a few fine lines below my eyes. My skin is now smoother, more plump and more evenly textured across my whole face and neck and the effects last! I wear very little make up and all of it goes on a lot smoother now. I strongly recommend this brand for those looking for a quick but economical skin care regimen.

I don’t know if my grip strength is just crazy insane, or if it’s a widespread issue, but after I removed the metal seal and squeezed out product for the first time, the top of the bottle exploded :((However, the product formula itself is really nice, so I can’t really dog on it outside of the packaging. Literally scooping tiny bits of it out of a plastic bag at this point, since I don’t want to waste it. Definitely recommend, but exercise caution when squeezing.
