I received this item as described. Packaging was good. However, I ended up replacing my entire CV axle and no longer needed. If you ONLY need a CV boot, this is a good quality product. It just doesn’t come with oil or hardware. I did not put these on my truck, however I’ll give 5 stars because it was as described, looked and felt great, and the price was perfect as well.

I’m using these as a shifter boot. I use silicone sealer to seal around the shifter on my old tractors.

Boot ripped when expanding it to slide it over the CV joint. Would not recommend if you are using it in that way.

They do not come with clamps I guess I should have read the whole thing it was kind of my fault too

Joystick in my tractor needed a new boot to keep dirt out. Not what this is marketed for but it fit the square base quite fine as the rubber is soft enough to conform to any shape. Zip-tie and it was secured. Seems to be holding up well so far.

silicon is fun to play with...but a little translucent which is weird. Let you know if they make the 100,000 mile goal, like the OEM neoprene boots did, on an FJ Cruiser NOT used for rock crawling!
