Growing up, combs were higher quality and I took that for granted. Over the last couple years, most combs I've gotten have been injection-molded with little imperfections that pull my hair, especially my coarse beard hair. I just tolerated it. I tried to get something nicer by getting a handmade horn comb from Etsy but it was also rough on my hair. I thought perhaps smooth polished combs that don't have any friction on the hair don't really exist. But then one day after realizing that this is a product I use every day, I did the research to find a good one because I do believe that investing in really high quality items for everyday use does have a big effect on happiness, as simple as they might be. Kent combs were recommended. I wear glasses and jewelry in this light blonde tortoiseshell pattern anyway, so seeing there was a highly recommended Kent comb in a color that matches my other EDC items made me happy. Got the comb and it is fantastic. Smooth and slips right through my hair, easy to hold, has a little give but not as much as a rubber comb. Has a little more heft to it than carbon fiber. Feels very high quality. Makes my mornings a little better every day.

You won't know how great a quality-made comb feels until you use one. It's sturdy, smooth, and functional. Works for me every day with no snags, no static, and no damaged hair. Great for beards, too.

The comb has two sides to brush your hair. One side has a small gap with small teeth, and the other has larger ones with a larger area between the teeth. When the comb is used, both sides go through your hair smoothly with no resistance (I have short hair at the time). The comb as well feels firm, smooth to the touch, easy to operate, has a good appearance, and easy to clean. I really like this product.

Finally! I had given up on ever having a comb I liked. Then my wife suggested I stop trying to buy sets of combs and look at combs sold in a single package. I found a few, and am so glad I selected this one. In fact, I then also bought a smaller size for my back pocket from the same brand (Kent). You know, I think I must be a little wacky to be so happy about finally having a really good comb, but I am. It just about makes my day. How silly because it’s just a comb, but it’s these small things I do for myself that really do matter to me. This comb holds in the hand very well because it has extra grip area in the middle where the tongs are shorter. Each tong (if that’s the word for the spikes) is super stiff yet rounded at the end, so I get a swift and firm stroke through my thick hair without any poking at my scalp. It just feels good in the hand, too. I think they call this a professional comb in the ad. I expect it to last forever, but if it doesn’t, I’m getting another one just like it. No more sets of multiple combs for a few bucks! This small cost is worth it.

I bought this comb mostly for my beard based on reviews. I couldn't imagine how a comb could make men swoon and go ga-ga over it. Curiosity got ahold of me and I went for it.........I don't get the hype. It's a comb. I like it. It combs just fine. No different than any other comb I've used. I suppose that the fact that it's rigid and does not bend easily makes it easier to hold but the "handmade" , $10 price tag and "saw cut" made no difference in it's ability to comb my beard. There are plenty of combs out there that are rigid and do not bend easily that cost 75% less. I've never had a problem with combs scratching my head or face so I suppose one might find that as a difference?... but I didn't.I'm sure they could charge $30 for this comb and loyal fans would pay it (and that's what makes any product worth it's price) but for me, it really isn't worth the price. If my beard hairs are being pulled out when combing, it's either because my beard is very curly, lack of good product on my beard or because the teeth on a comb are too close together, not because the comb isn't a $10 handmade and saw cut comb. I see no reason to not recommend this comb. If you don't think the price is too high for run-of-the-mill comb and are into "handmade" and "best comb ever" type of lifestyle, this is the comb for you.

I love this comb. I've been using for a few weeks now and it really feel solid. It's easy to handle (not too big, not too small). I style my hair with cream, and it's easy to rinse afterwards. I felt the price was a bit high, but upon using the comb, I think the price is right.

It does feel a bit weird writing a review about a comb but this genuinely is a well made comb and worth that little extra. There aren't any hard edges so when it hits your scalp it doesn't scrape like cheaper ones do. The lack of hard edges also means this glides through on the trickier hair days.

La qualité est excellente, par rapport à mon ancien peigne sans marque, la sensation et le résultat sur les cheveux n’est pas du tout la même. Vraiment un produit exceptionnelle à un prix très abordable, la seule marque de peigne que j’achèterai à présent.
