I love this step railing. It is much sturdier that I thought it would be. Came with everything needed to install it, even a lag bolt socket to fit in my impact. So easy to put together.

Goes together good. Sturdy. Looks great. They sure don't give you no extra screws so be sure you don't drop any and lose it.

I needed a handrail for my aging mother who lives with us. I had been putting off buying one because I didn't know where to get one and had never installed anything like it before. I finally made my mind up and bought it and installed it. All in all, a great handrail that helps my mom feel super secure going up and down the outside stairs. I'd buy the same one again if I needed to for another similar job. PROS > • Heavy and thick • Feels very sturdy • Classic wrought-iron look • Smooth to the touch and easy to grip • Adjustable angles with a bit of figuring out how the joints can pivot before tightening down CONS > • Instructions were extremely lacking (YouTube was a great help in learning about installing in masonry.) • After a few days of rain I'm already seeing a bit of rust in the curly end parts. I'll likely need to spray on some clear coat to protect it every so often. • The "caps" that cover the bolts on the "feet" arrived bent with paint scraped off.

I placed this railing on a set of stairs outside for a senior citizen. The 3-foot model worked perfectly for the 3-steps. It was easy to assemble, but did take some extra thought because adequate pictures where not provided for the various bolts/washers and other hardware supplied. The railing is well made and very sturdy once installed. The only reason I did not give this 5-stars is because installation instructions presume you know how/when to used varies parts to anchor the railing to the concrete. Also, drilling into concrete requires a powerful drill, a lot of strength, and a lot of know how, making installation not so quick and easy. Overall, very happy with the product and the price.

The item looks exactly as it is represented. It appears and feels sturdy on my front porch.

Excellent construction and a fair price. The soft curve top rail is especially heavy duty and has a quality look and feel. The included hammer drill bit is 10mm and has a lock bit shank that does not fit American tools, but it was easy to lock it into a drill chuck to ream the concrete hole after starting with a 3/8" drill.
