*** Update*** I was contacted by Naturehike and though I could not say that it a damaged by their company, they were more concerned with fixing the issue and making my experience with their product satisfactory. They offered me a full refund with no strings attached and I happily accepted their generous offer. Using the refund I purchased a 2nd bucket from them and carefully inspected it for damages. After making sure that it was intact I used it for the last 2 weeks and I'm happy with the both the product AND the customer service. I only use the bucket for 2 tasks; to wipe down my car with water and to fill vases with water at our local cemetery. For both uses it works flawlessly. I have stored it in my trunk and have no further issues with the durability of the bag. I have now purchased a total of 3 buckets from this company and recommend it to whomever is looking for a folding bucket for small tasks. Avoid the plastic/silicone buckets that fold for easy storage. They break fast and the start leaking from the silicone seams after repeated use. I think this bucket will last a lot longer. This item has been sitting in my trunk since I received it. I just used it and noticed a small pin hole along the bottom. Since I can't prove that it was damaged from shipping, because it's defective, or because something in my trunk punched a hole there (highly unlikely since it was just sitting on top of a bag), I can't in good conscience return it. That being said, I can't believe such a sturdy item was damaged from just sitting atop items in my car trunk. I was hoping it would be more sturdy since the sides look so thick. I bought a second one for the boss and haven't checked on it yet. Not sure if I could recommend this to others since it got damaged so easily.

I have to admit - I believe I had unrealistic expectations of this when I ordered. How? I don't know, it's a bucket. It arrived and appears smaller than expected (I got the larger size), so much so I verified the sizing a second time on the packaging. I also was a little disappointed in the sides of the bucket - one of the promotion pictures makes it look like there is some sort of structure in the bucket walls (look at how they say to collapse - kinda gives that impression). But, on using the bucket - exactly what I wanted. It collapses to a very thin size for packing away. I will be using this for carrying water - performed as expected, filled nicely and held its shape perfectly. I dumped the remaining water out, dried and collapsed. Exactly what I was looking for. Grab one, get the bigger size - it's all good.

This was awesome for camping. Collapsible means small footprint, but the capacity is fantastic, it feels durable and I’m able to stand it on the ground without it collapsing (when full of water).

Great material, very heavy duty. I've only brought it on 3 or 4 trips but it's held up great as a wash bucket for dishes while camping. I've had many knives/skewers shoved into this thing a little too hard and jostled around and so far there's no punctures or scrapes. It holds just enough water to barely carry it but the handles never get uncomfortable, I've also used it to lug around a 6 gallon hedpack with ease. It works well enough as a basin but as a bucket it leaves something to be desired, trying to pour it out is nearly impossible without splashing yourself badly. Something maybe another plastic ring at the base could fix, but it won't keep me from using it. Folds almost completely flat.

I sent these back because I thought they were a little too collapsible for me, but they are very well-made and would be easy to use

This 10L collapsible water bucket is perfect for gardening. It holds it's shape when filled with water. There is no leakage. When filled with water, it is easily transportable to any spot in the garden. This replaces the 5 gallon plastic bucket (heavy when filled with water). I had to replace it bc the handle broke. Upon receipt of this product, I washed with simple soap and water and gave it a day to dry. I had no out-gassing odors as a result. Would I drink water from it??? I doubt it ... without sanitizing the water first. I plan to purchase the larger 20L size soon.

Useful camp item. Fill with water, keep it nearby to put the fire out. On a hot summer day, keep a towel submerged in the cold water to cool yourself down when needed. I have two, and use one for rinsing our camp dishes and one for soapy water to clean and scrub them. Pack down small and don’t take up much space.

I got this for soaking my orchid, it's the right size to fit the pot without being to oversized. When it's full of water, it leaks water from where the handles are attached. This isn't a problem, I soak my orchid in the sink, but if it's supposed to be a portable water container you can only fill it up to just below the handles. It's also not food safe, so you wouldn't want to use it for drinking water either. The thick clear plastic doesn't seem like it will hold up very well to being repeatedly folded and unfolded, so I'm not sure I would want to use it for camping, but it'll do just fine for the purpose I got it.

キャンプで果物を冷やすなどに使っています、また、車の洗車時なども重宝に使っています。何よりコンパクトにたためるのが良いですね。

Very good product. I use it for a portable shower. At the same time, it's good to pack things in there, the pan fits exactly inside and it's good to carry food with you.

焚き火する時に万が一に備えて水汲んで置いてます。もちろん火の粉が当たらない場所にです。実際は炭が勿体無いのでかけたことはないんですけど、安全のために使ってます。それよりも畳んでかさばらないことや食事で使ったものをつけ置きしておけば洗う時に便利でまとめて運べるという利点もあります。またちょっと手が汚れたなという時にも手をつけてジャブジャブ洗ったりもしてます。ソロでもファミリーでも一つあると便利だと思います。
