Celery, apples, oranges, carrots... you name it, juicing them all.Customer service like this is rare in this day and age. Thanks Joyoung for standing behind your product and your commitment to customer satisfaction.Nice looking and very easy to clean.Bad:Does not juice as well as my old $100 juicer I've had for years. And it broke after five uses.Was feeding it celery, carrots and apples when it blew my GFCI outlet circuit. Reset my outlet and the juicer now only goes in forward and will not stop running, I have to unplug it to stop. Also the reverse function died.Verdict:JUNK...

Since it was my first time buying a juicer, I was quite cautious about picking the right one. After looking over many on Amazon, I decided to get this one based on the product itself. And I have to say that was not a decision that I would regret at all. You can really just tell at the first glance that it’s a brand-new one and the amazing quality. Everything is well-packaged and clean, I love its ceramic auger very much. It is very textured in my hand. I can feel that the auger is heavy and has the luster of the ceramic itself, which is very beautiful. The juicer has a much better design compared with the other ones, at least in my opinion. But at the same time, it’s easy to assemble, and there is really one part that you need to attach to the juicer’s body. I have been using it a few times. It still works the same as the first day it arrived. It is easy to clean and safe to use since it has no blades. It also filters out the residue nicely. Overall, this juicer is really a perfect choice for home-use juicing.

I bought a different juicer with a plastic auger. I am glad I switched to this one. It has its own minor issues but it handles everything I can throw at it. Very good machine. The issues I've had are: reverse lasts a second. It doesn't fully reverse. I have to click it multiple times. It needs a hopper of some sort, the little flip lid thing is not cutting it.What I enjoyed: there is a little flip thing that can block the liquid from coming out. It's great if you don't want to make a mess while clearing out the juice from the cup.

When we first received the juicer we were very excited as it seemed to work very well. Sad to say after about only 6 or 8 uses the machine stopped working. It comes on, turns a quarter turn and then starts beeping. I poured through the manual and anything I could find online trying to get it to work. It appears the circuit board inside has fried. Don’t waste your money, this juicer isn’t worth it.

My first juicer was a champion that I bought in the late 60s and used for many years!The problem with it was… The pulp gets stuck because the tube was too small so I begin looking for the best one on the market.I found this JoYoung masticating juicer online a few months ago and use it every day. It is truly the best juicer I’ve ever used! It is easy to assemble, easy to clean, has a good size feeding tube and I can actually watch it do it’s thing because the whole tube is clear! Did I mention the ceramic auger!? That is what originally drew me to it. I absolutely love it!

The media could not be loaded.  The products is amazing. Mine didn’t last for more than a week, as it just wouldn’t turn on. I’ve checked the power, as you can see in the video. I’m returning the product as defective and hopes the 2nd would do well.

Wow,I must say I really really really like this juicer. Working from home made me a lot fatter. I try to lose weight. This juicer is really useful for me. It allows me to get fresh juice every day to supplement vitamins and reduce hunger. The material of the machine is very advanced, easy to assemble and easy to clean. Cannot find the shortcomings of this machine.Totally happy to get it. Highly recommended!!!
