Is there 2 floats included in this package?

No, It’s only one in package.

Will Manual pump easily inflate the float?

I used a manual pump, bought it at Walmart. It worked fine.

How much water does it hold inside?

Quite a bit idk exact but 40 - 50 gallons not for a small child for sure, very comfortable for adults. You won't roast on the patio for sure!

Will the float hold water? I don’t want to use it in a pool but I want to be able to fill it with water and lay in it to tan.

Hello! Great to hear from you. This float is also great for filling water in and make it into a suntan tub!
