Very happy with this mixer grinder! The motor is powerful and grinding is very smooth and quick. It works perfectly for chutneys, masalas, and juices. The jars are strong and easy to clean. After a 3 months of use, I experienced an issue where the mixer stopped functioning. However, upon raising a support request with Cookwell, the team responded promptly and replaced with the new unit at my home within two days. I’ve been using the Cookwell Bullet Mixer Grinder (5 Jars, 3 Blades, 600W) extensively from June 2024 till May 2026, and I must say the product has been extremely durable and reliable for daily household use. I contacted the Cookwell WhatsApp support team expecting a lengthy process, but to my surprise, the experience was completely seamless. Since the product was under warranty, they immediately arranged a replacement and sent an entirely fresh new blade and jar set directly to my home via DTDC courier — no unnecessary questions, no hassle, and very quick service. I purchased the Cookwell Bullet Mixi in August 2025. It worked very well initially and I was happy with its performance. After around 6 months, the jar started leaking. However, the customer care service was very responsive. They followed up properly and replaced the jar on time without any hassle. Overall, the product is good, and the after-sales service is excellent. Deducting one star only for the jar issue. Would still recommend it 👍
